  • The Live Online Yoga Classes have moved to the Patreon Platform where you can take up the mantle of a weekly live streamed class, fresh weekly on-demand content, and a vast back catalogue of seasonal practices.

    Each class features 30 minutes of seasonally inspired movement followed by 30 minutes of guided pranayama/breathwork.

    These sessions are taught to a general level with options to increase intensity or take extra support always given.

    They are offered as part of an accessible membership program.

  • Every Tuesday 6:15 - 7:30 pm @ South Coast Soul, Vincentia.

    leaning into my Iyengar Yoga roots this class is a restorative yoga experience. A seasonally balsam offering, slowed down and layered conceptually for your Spiritual Growth and alignement.

    This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience looking to connect deeply with the season’s energy.

  • Truck me, I 💛 my Tuesday evening slow seasonal yoga with Yolande. Not your typical session, this is a pretty special offering. I liken it to playskool for adults as we use all the props, being guided into a seemingly never ending variety of poses, shapes, stretches and positions you wouldn’t think possible. All while being taken on a journey into ourselves to reconnect with our soul, learning how our mind, body and spirit absorb and react to the natural world around us.   • We were visiting Huskisson for a week and decided to drop into a few classes here, and I’m so glad we did. Yolande taught 2 classes - one Seasonal, one Yin, both structured to help with grounding as the season moves from summer to autumn. I have told myself that my hips are tight - but during the first class Yolande worked through various postures to open our hips - such a revelation and a different way of working. It was a treat to take the time to move slowly, as each posture was described intricately, with ways to move into postures that made them make sense - from the inside out. All knowledge you can take with you to your practice.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.

    Props will be provided if needed.

  • Yes, our live online classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications provided however we recommend brand new beginners attend at least some yoga classes at thier local studio before attempting any online yoga class.
