Seasonal Yoga & Breathwork
Rooted in Traditional Yoga and Japanese Yoga, these seasonal classes work with the Five Elements to explore how the body moves, adapts and changes with the rhythms of the natural world.
The Practice of Change
Nothing exists in isolation; we are all at the same time moving through expansion and contraction, creation and dissolution, activity and rest, and the cycles of the moons, tides, and seasons.
These classes lean into traditional yoga, Japanese yoga and the Chinese Five Elements to explore the changing relationship of all things through asana, pranayama, and periods of quiet attention.

An Autumn Yoga & Pranayama Practice · The Metal Element
Autumn asks us to simplify and to shed what is extraneous, and to remind ourselves what of us is pure, essential and worth its weight in gold. This slow seasonal practice works deeply through the Metal Element via the hips and lungs before moving into an extended Ujjayi pranayama series, exploring the clarity, refinement and quiet strength of the mettle of the season.
The seasonal practice continues beyond this class, through a growing library of yoga,
pranayama and embodied practices shaped by the turning year.
