    Perfect for decompression, personal exploration, and alignment with the greater tides.

  • Pranayama is an ancient and powerful practice of transformation and deep change, excavating the psyche in such a way that the pathways to evolution and personal growth become clear.

    In the season of Autumn, we augment our urge to grow through life’s harvests. Home of the Lung channel and its associated energy patterns, we are naturally inspired toward discernment around what is no longer needed, and acceptance around what is ready to be let go as the wheel of the year turns from full and bright, to empty and dark.

    Through breathwork practices, in general, but particularly in this season, we better understand the energy flow through the chest, shoulders, and arms and its effect on the skin, our immunity and our emotional borders (and containment). We get clearer at discerning the truth, seeing with a higher eye and so meeting our reservoirs of grief and loss in a spirit of faith, optimism and life reset.

    This workshop is for you if:

    • You keep falling ill with colds and flus

    • You feel like letting things go is a challenge or you let go too easily and find yourself regretting

    • You are ready to expand your emotional vocabulary

    • You are journeying through any type of life-change

    • You are curious about breathwork

    • You are an experienced practitioner but would like to understand more

    • You are drawn to deeper practices

    The Metal Element is a symbol of purity whose discovery is vital for revealing our true worth and value - like a miner discovers gold by clearing the rocks and washing away the mud. Our afternoon of guided breathwork practices will take you from the gross to the subtle, open valuable insights, and give you tools and techniques to enhance your well-being, emotional balance, and spiritual clarity.

    Classes are live in the studio at South Coast Soul, Vincentia AND live online for those unable to attend in person.
