# The Way of Nature > The Way of Nature is the work of Australian writer, yoga teacher and facilitator Yolande Hyde, exploring the relationship between the natural world and human experience through seasonal spirituality, Five Element philosophy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, mythology, folklore and symbolic reflection. The Way of Nature uses the cycles and intelligence of the natural world as a lens for understanding change, transition, growth, rest and renewal across body, psyche and spirit. Yolande Hyde has more than 25 years of experience teaching yoga.
